Hi all this event is for Supercar weekend at Beaulieu on 4th/5th August 2018
Since this is a free event and to make sure that the members who reserve a spot actually show up on our club stand we will be collecting a fully refundable deposit of £10 via paypal to secure your spot on our club stand. Please note these will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Our stand can accommodate 30 spaces only so act quickly! The deposit will be returned to you in cash on the day of the event as soon as you turn up to our stand. If you don’t show up the deposit will go towards club funding.

Please make sure it is sent as a FRIENDS & FAMILY using your debit card so that none of us will get charged PayPal fees.

When sending payment please add a note to the payment with all the below information. I will need this info from each member attending as these details will be forwarded to the event organisers so you will receive the free tickets and wristbands in the post.

ADDITIONAL INFO: This is a free event to attend and exhibit vehicles as part of the club. They also offer free drivers hospitality in a marquee on the complex which consists of hot and cold drinks, sausage rolls, cakes, etc. Two wristbands will be allocated per vehicle which allows access to the hospitality. Without a wristband, there is no access to the hospitality so if there are more than two people coming in a car, the extras will be given an entry ticket that will allow access to the site only.

We will organise hotels and cruise meeting points closer to the event date.
